Work with individuals to identify their strengths, develop and practice new skills, and actualize their hopes and dreams.In this position you will work as part of a team to provide support, supervision, skills training for individuals; also, you will assist on community outings with individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a great environment to gain hands-on skills in a fast growing and specialized sector of the mental health and human service field. Relief Counselors must be certified in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration; on-site training is provided.
