We are seeking an experiencedBenefits Realisation Managerwho will be responsible for working with our NHS customers to define, capture and realise the benefits of the solutions that we provide. They will create and communicate consistent and agreed standards to enable benefits realisation as well as being responsible for pipeline development in conjunction with the Customer Engagement team to ensure a robust delivery plan. This role is a field-based role and will cover the Midlands and the South of England. They will also set up the necessary baseline data and methodology to allow our customers to robustly capture and report on data against agreed measures and work in close collaboration with key customer stakeholders in the analysis of data captured and subsequent conversion into benefits realised, with appropriate Trust Executive approvals and NHS England endorsement.
