You Are: We are seeking a seasonedDelivery Program Managerto lead the successful transition andsteady-state delivery(BAU) of multiple infrastructure towers for a Managed Services engagement. The individual will be responsible for managing key delivery functions, leading large technical teams, ensuring SLA compliance, driving stakeholder satisfaction, and collaborating with both onsite and offshore teams. The Opportunity: Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned infrastructure service towers across the program. Ensure seamlesshandover to operationsand establish steady-state delivery governance. Lead and managelarge cross-functional teams , both onsite and offshore. Manage thetransition phasein coordination with the Transition Lead and customer stakeholders. Build strong relationships withclient stakeholdersand act as the key delivery point of contact. Define and trackSLAs ,KPIs , and ensure timely reporting and performance reviews. Identify, assess, and proactivelymanage delivery risks , escalations, and issues. Drivecontinuous improvement , operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, security policies, and audit requirements. Collaborate with other internal delivery leads across data center, cloud, network, EUC, service desk, and application teams. Location: Role isbased in London . Willingness to workonsitewith flexibility for hybrid working where applicable. Occasional travel may be required within the UK or to offshore locations. What you need : Minimum15 yearsof experience in IT Infrastructure Delivery and Program Management. Proven experience intransition and steady-state deliveryof managed services engagements. Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, service management frameworks, and SLA governance. Experience working incomplex, multi-vendor environmentswith onsite-offshore delivery models. Exceptionalstakeholder management and communication skills . Ability to drive results, manage ambiguity, and align cross-functional teams to program goals. Demonstrated capability inrisk management , issue resolution, and decision-making under pressure. Self-starter with a hands-on approach andstrong leadership acumen . Experience in financial services or asset management domain is a plus. Bonus: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL v4 certifications are highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
