All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with You'll lead a large on-site team, including Assistant Site Managers, Section Managers, and Subcontractor Managers, providing clear guidance and support to ensure they deliver high-quality work. You'll ensure full compliance with complex Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations, maintaining the highest standards of site safety and regulatory adherence at all times. You'll represent the project with professionalism and integrity, proactively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the internal team. You'll act as the central point of contact for all site communication, maintaining clear, consistent, and effective interaction with the wider construction team, the client, and their representatives. You'll manage your team in accordance with HR policies and the company’s core values, fostering a positive, respectful, and high-performance site culture. You'll take full ownership of all on-site activities, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and self-reliance in driving project delivery to meet programme, quality, and commercial targets. You'll delegate effectively to Assistant, Section, Finishing, and Subcontractor Managers, monitoring progress and proactively addressing performance issues to ensure consistent delivery standards across the site.
