Providing a comprehensive service to the children, young people and families within Hackney and The City. Verbo (is an award winning online Speech and Language Therapy (and Occupational Therapy) Toolkit. The toolkit provides universal and targeted preventative care for ages 2 through to early adulthood. Our mission is to enhance the communication skills of all children and young people. This post is a remote, working from home post. If you are local to Hackney you are welcome to use community office spaces available. Within this post there will be requirements for travel: At least three times a year to a team meeting in London Conferences/exhibitions around the UK (these may include overnight stays) Management IT equipment It is also important to note that you will be required to travel to Homerton as part of the recruitment process to show ID documents and possibly and Occupational Health appointment. Main duties of the jobThe post holder will work collaboratively with the Verbo team and lead on key elements of marketing and communications. Including increasing brand awareness for Verbo and support to improve engagement of existing and new users. This post sits within the Verbo team. The post holder will work with band 6, 7 and 8a SaLTs in the Verbo team and external contractors (e.g. marketing and commercial) to promote to share, sustain and embed developments to Verbo. You will support the Verbo team to engage link settings with Verbo and establish opportunities where the platform could support communication develop for caseload children and CPD for Education Staff and SaLTs. You will participate in specialist projects within the Verbo team.
