What we need from you… Technical skills:Certified Lead System Architect / CSSA with 5+ years in Pega. Experience with Pega 8.x, REST API development, Pega architecture, cloud-based Pega applications, and frameworks like CLM, Customer Service, Smart Disputes. Application Design and Solution Development experience. Agile delivery experience. Strong communication, team building, and leadership skills. Workshop facilitation and growth mindset.
