About the role… We value individual skills, experience, and knowledge. We’re recruiting PEGA Engineers to deliver high-quality customer-driven software, while mentoring and supporting their teams. What you’ll do… Team Leadership:Oversee and guide the engineering team within Pega, collaborating with business and development teams. Technical Oversight:Conduct code reviews, resolve defects, mentor team members. Project Management:Handle risk assessment, planning, and documentation. Implementation Support:Support off-hours implementations. GENAI Integration:Use Generative AI to enhance automation and innovation. Innovation Focus:Continuously improve processes and solutions. What we need from you… Technical skills:Certified Lead System Architect / CSSA with 5+ years in Pega. Experience with Pega 8.x, REST API development, Pega architecture, cloud-based Pega applications, and frameworks like CLM, Customer Service, Smart Disputes. Application Design and Solution Development experience. Agile delivery experience. Strong communication, team building, and leadership skills. Workshop facilitation and growth mindset.
