We are currently looking for anArboriculture Consultantto join our growing team. We consider applications for our offices in Reading, London, Brighton, Bristol, or High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity for career progression within an ambitious team. Your main focus will be on infrastructure projects, including highways, energy, and water sectors nationwide, initially focusing on the south. You will support the design and construction of infrastructure projects, working with town planners, environmental consultants, ecologists, landscape architects, and others. Typical tasks include working on planning applications, conducting BS5837 tree surveys, producing arboriculture impact assessments, hedgerow surveys, coordinating TPO applications, liaising with tree officers and stakeholders, supporting design teams on arboriculture issues, and advising on tree protection and mitigation during construction. About YouYou will have a degree or a minimum Level 3 Arboriculture qualification (e.g., HNC Arb, AA Tech Cert, NDip Arb). You have experience delivering comprehensive arboricultural reports within tight deadlines. You have a working understanding of tree surveys in accordance with BS 5837:2012. You possess good communication skills and an innovative, pragmatic approach to design and build projects. You are familiar with CAD, GIS, and digital survey hardware and software.
