This role requires an experienced cardiac and/or thoracic scrub practitioner who is motivated and hardworking. As your confidence and knowledge grows you will take an active role in mentoring more junior members of staff and undertake appraisal when requested. You must have NMC or HPC registration and have extensive experience in the theatre environment As with all theatre environments, each day with us has its own special demands as we have a variety of theatre activity on any given day.
