Description And RequirementsSkanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Environmental and Sustainability Advisor to join our Building Services team in London. This role will support Skanska UK in its aspiration to be seen as the leading green contractor and developer, by delivering on environmental strategies, objectives and targets.What you'll do:Support the delivery of Carbon/BREEAM/WELL/LEED/NABERS certifications on projects including the assimilation of monthly data Provide guidance, advice and steer on environmental policy and legislation, environmental and carbon strategy, and customer requirements Conduct regular sites and subcontractors’ environmental checks, inspections and audits Deliver environmental training courses, toolbox talks (TBTs) and briefing sessions to internal and external parties in line with Skanska requirements Support the delivery of projects’ carbon requirements through calculations and reduction opportunities.
