Job Description: We are collaborating with this organization to identify a skilled Social Media Content Creator who will be tasked with crafting compelling and scroll-stopping content across a range of social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. This position calls for a creative mind, passionate about storytelling, who possesses a deep understanding of social media dynamics. The selected candidate will effectively create and manage content aimed at boosting brand awareness and engaging the audience. Key Responsibilities Devise and execute a robust content strategy tailored for all social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube across short form and long form content. Produce captivating posts, graphics, and videos that appeal to target audiences. Create a variety of content across product showcases, behind-the-scenes, UGC, campaign visuals and cultural-storytelling. Monitor social media channels for engagement, and promptly respond to comments and inquiries. Lead visual direction and tone of organic content and collaborate with ambassadors, influencers and talent to produce content that feels native and authentic. Build and maintain a well-organised library of assets including raw footage, edited content and templates. Analyze performance metrics to gauge the success of social media initiatives and make data-driven adjustments. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies within the social media landscape. Requirements Demonstrated at least 3 years of experience in social media content creation and management, ideally for a lifestyle, fashion or youth cultured brand. Have a strong portfolio of short-form videos and still content across all platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc. Thorough knowledge of diverse social media platforms and their best practices. Outstanding writing and communication skills. Proficiency in DSLR and mobile filming set up, including knowledge of lighting, framing and on-the-go shooting requirements. Experience with Adobe Suite for editing or similar tools. Ability to analyze and interpret data to enhance social media effectiveness. Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
