Youll be joining our Building Safety Team and spending your time where it counts most, with our customers. Youll listen to their concerns, share important updates and make sure they feel informed, included and safe in their homes.This is a new role with real freedom to shape how things are done. Youll manage your own diary, get out and about in our neighbourhoods, and bring technical teams and customer voices together. Youll turn complex safety updates into simple conversations, helping everyone understand whats happening and why it matters. We do review this regularly.Job detailsYoull work Monday to Friday Youll manage your own diary, so if you want to take a longer lunch you can use your flexi time to manage that! You will at times need to flex your working hours to meet with customers when it works best for them, so you may have occasional evening working. This is a hybridrole andyoull spend some days each week out and about or in our offices, and the rest working from home To get from A to B, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
