You'll be part of a growing data team and play a crucial role in building out the company's BI capability. Working with modern tooling like Looker, Snowflake, and dbt, you'll help define what great looks like for analytics at scale in a regulated, high growth environment. Why Apply? Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards to empower self serve analytics. Write robust, production level SQL in Snowflake and contribute to data transformations in dbt. Define and document core business metrics, enabling consistent reporting across the business. Collaborate with analytics engineers to build performant data models that support decision making. Work closely with stakeholders to turn raw data into actionable insights. Identify opportunities to streamline and scale analytics processes, tooling, and data governance. Requirements: Solid experience in a BI Analyst or Engineering role. Expert level SQL and strong understanding of modern data architecture. Hands on experience with tools like Looker, Tableau and Power BI Skilled in translating business questions into data driven solutions. Familiarity with semantic layers and self serve BI environments.
