SF Executive are partnered with a private equity backed organisation based in Gloucestershire who are seeking a Head of Transaction Finance.Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Reporting to the CFO, The Head of Transaction Finance will play a key role in supporting the business through a period of change and growth.Initial objectives will be to support the design and roll out of a common ERP solution and amalgamate and simplify the team structure.You will be responsible for the following duties (but not limited to): Lead and manage the transactional finance team, ensuring delivery of efficient and high-quality services across the business Support the successful implementation of a new ERP system across multiple sites managing timelines, stakeholders, and change impact Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transactional finance to enhance process efficiency and service delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise procedures and improve data integrity and reporting Embed a culture of performance, accountability, and customer service Support integration of newly acquired entities The successful Head of Transaction Finance will be a qualified finance professional (ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA or equivalent) who is an experienced transformation specialist in this field with the majority of the following attributes.Proven experience in leading a transactional finance team within an industrial environment Demonstrable experience in ERP implementation ideally within a multi-site organisation Strong track record of process improvement, cost efficiency, and service transformation Inspirational people leader with the ability to manage change and bring people on the journey Commercially astute, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, PE-backed setting This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, PE-backed organisation with ambitious growth plans, both organically and through acquisition.The business has a strong market presence, a high-performance culture, and is undergoing significant transformation to optimise efficiency and scalability.
