We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Air Export Agent to manage high-profile, time-sensitive shipments in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. WHAT YOU DO: Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Handle urgent and high-pressure shipments with efficiency and accuracy. • Proactively identify and implement solutions for service disruptions, keeping customers informed and offering alternative options. • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, including airlines and trucking companies. • Evaluate vendors at defined intervals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans. • Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational process standards (OPS), and external regulations. • Continuously assess department process flow to identify areas for improved efficiency. Air Export Responsibilities: • Receive, prepare, and route shipments in compliance with customer requirements • Manage freight receipt and processing to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution. • Monitor shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in: • - Road Freight • - Imports Skills & Qualifications: • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a high-pressure environme...
