We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Building control Officer in the Birmingham B32) area. This is a full time role, Monday- Friday and will require a BPSS security clearance prior to starting employment. Role Purpose To ensure the effective coordination and cost-efficient execution of building asset maintenance, while upholding high standards of customer service. This role focuses on the delivery of timely support, maintenance scheduling, supplier management, and compliancemonitoring to sustain operational integrity and customer satisfaction.
