About the RoleWorking in partnership with healthcare and education teams within HMP Bronzefield and community services, you'll provide specialist support to women who present with or are diagnosed with neurodivergent needs. You'll act as a key advocate, linking womenwith primary and secondary care services and ensuring they have the support they need pre- and post-release.You will hold a caseload and deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support, attending multi-agency meetings and contributing to safety planning, mental health support pathways, and resettlement plans.
