Weekend Warehouse Supervisor (Part-Time)Hams Hall, BirminghamSaturday & Sunday | 06:30 - 14:30£13,628 per annum (Permanent Role) Pertemps are working on behalf of a leading 3PL logistics provider to recruit a Permanent Part-Time Weekend Warehouse Supervisor for their busy operation based at Hams Hall, Birmingham.This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is genuinely seeking consistent weekend work in a leadership capacity within a warehouse environment. You must bring solid experience in supervising warehouse teams and confidence in using WMS (Warehouse ManagementSystems) to be successful in this role. Key Responsibilities:Supervise weekend warehouse operations and lead a team effectively. Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards across the shift. Support team members and take responsibility for performance and issue resolution. Use WMS systems to manage workflow, inventory, and operational reporting. Be proactive and confident in leading your shift and resolving operational issues on the spot. What We're Looking For:Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with WMS or similar systems. Confident in leading, motivating, and managing people effectively.
