Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a new facility in Doncaster who are looking to hire a team of Shift Managers to be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations in the new warehouse facility. This role involves managing theoperations team, ensuring efficient use of materials handling equipment (MHE) and forklifts, enforcing health and safety standards, and maintaining compliance with operational policies. The Shift Manager will work within the budget set by the Operations Manager,optimise labour planning, ensure high levels of customer service, and drive operational efficiency.
