Our client is looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development & Marketing Executive to help grow their Southfields office. This is a varied role that combines marketing, lettings support, coordination, and business development.AsMarketing and Business Development Executive, youll play a key part in driving new instructions and building local presence, working closely with both the Southfields and Wandsworth offices.Key Responsibilities:Drive business growth through networking, canvassing, and marketing outreach Manage and grow social media channels for Southfields and Wandsworth offices Coordinate direct mail campaigns and work with the central marketing team on local initiatives Maintain and develop the landlord database Support marketing and admin functions across the office Assist with new business generation and local brand awareness The Ideal Candidate:Experience working in an estate agency environment (lettings, coordinator or similar) Marketing experience or qualification (degree or practical experience)
