BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to work with a well-known Housing Association in the Manchester area.We are looking for someone to deliver a high quality and effective Allocations, Tenancy and Estate Management (Including low level ASB) service to the tenants and applicants within a defined locality patch.Key duties include but are not limited too;* Lead on all aspects of tenancy management, dealing with any tenancy breaches, tenancy changes and other tenancy management processes* Ensure tenancy sustainability through effective tenancy management, allocations and interventions* To ensure tenancy sustainability through effective tenancy management, allocations and interventions* Carrying out regular estate inspections, identifying and resolving issues directly or in liaison with internal teams or other external agenciesPay rate; £27ph UMB (PAYE also available)Hours; Monday- Friday 9am- 5pmYou will need to be a driver with access to a vehicleThis is a temp ongoing role until the end of the year to start ASAPApply now for immediate consideration...
