I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a top client of Build Space, to add to a top design team working across some very interesting projects!With projects spread across the M4 corridor, spanning life sciences / pharmaceuticals, mega logistics parks and data centres, now is a great time to join an established yet growing business and make your stamp on the sector.Design ManagerResponsibilities: - As a Design Manager you'll be working within the Design team, supporting them on projects across a variety of different sectors including Commercial, Life Sciences / Pharma and Industrial & Logistics. -Design input at both preconstruction and construction stage of projects. - The production of design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments, schedules. - Attending/chair necessary meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience: - A proven background working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor - Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget -Previous experience of successfuldesign management of construction schemes of £10m. - Relevantdesign or equivalent qualificationWhat's on offer: - Car Allowance - Generous holiday allowance - Private medical schemeThis is a fantastic opportunity to further your career working for a well established Main Contractor.If you want to hear mo...
