Novum property Services are a growing maintenance company who operate throughout London, Hertfordshire & Essex. The company provides property maintenance services to both the commercial and residential sectors. We are looking to recruit a full time experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Installer for high standard installations throughout North London, Hertfordshire and Essex however most of our work focuses on the Hertfordshire area. Responsibilities of a Kitchen & Bathroom Installer : Fitting new kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard. Carrying out repairs and maintenance to existing kitchens and bathrooms Liaising with clients and other contractors to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures Maintaining accurate records of work carried out and materials used Providing excellent customer service to our clients Helping with all maintenance tasks as necessary at locations throughout North London, Hertfordshire and Essex. Flexible to be able to jump onto different projects as ncessary Flexible to complete other minor works such as lock changes, door fitting, painting and decorating when needed.
