About the Role:You'll be working in a dedicated unit focused on frozen products – including paninis, toasties, and ciabattas. The facility uses advanced semi-automated lines and cutting-edge machinery such as flow wrappers, ultrasonic cutters, and air compressors. Your mission: keep operations running smoothly, minimise downtime, and maintain exceptional product quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production and lead a team of Line Leaders and Production Operatives
