Our client is a high end producer and supplier of high quality finished stone products - worktops, flooring and more. They produce bespoke, made to measure stone for installation in to houses - kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor areas. They are looking to recruit a production machine operator to join their busy team; it's all about the right attitude, being a hardworking, punctual and reliable individual as well as a team player - full training will be provided. Starting £12.21 per hour rising as you gain experience. Overtime is available08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday with overtime hours availableThe Role:Working in a small stone production factory Working with stone slabs that can be 2 x 3m in size on large cutting machines Working with granite, marble, quartz and other stone products Extremely heavy but lifting machinery in place Using saw machines, routers, polishers -full training provided Working to very high standards with a keen eye for detail Quality control is key to the role Good maths skills required due to the nature required in the roleYou will be:Punctual and reliable Flexible to work overtime to meet business needs Willing to learn new skills and machinery A keen eye for detail High Quality standards
