Data Product Lead £100k + 10% Bonus | London (Hybrid) No visa sponsorship available I'm looking for a Data Product Leadto help shape and deliver the future of our clients internal data platform at a fast-moving, high-impact organisation. Youll co-lead the 5 data team alongside the Lead Data Engineer and own the full product lifecyclefrom user research and roadmapping to analytics and go-to-market delivery. What youll do:Own and evolve the internal data platform, working across engineering, analytics, and commercial teams Shape and manage the data product roadmap in line with company strategy Co-lead a growing data team and champion best practices in data governance, privacy, and quality Drive impact through metrics, user feedback, and iterative product development About you:4+ years experience as a Data Product Manager/Owner in data-rich environments (fintech, investment, analytics) Confident across the modern data stack (Databricks, GCP/Fabric, lakehouse architectures, visualisation tools) Understands the full data lifecyclefrom pipelines to ML workflows and productionisation Proven experience in setting data product strategy, leading agile teams, and defining KPIs Strong communicator with a hands-on, collaborative approach, good SQL ideally some Python Location: London (Hybrid23 days Salary: £100k + 10% bonus, They're not able to offer visa sponsor...
