Freelance Health & Safety Advisor - Luton Rate: £300/dayWe’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a major client-side logistics project involving construction and refurbishment.You’ll be the go-to H&S lead on site—driving compliance, ensuring CDM regulations are met, and keeping multiple contractors in check. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll have full autonomy and the backing of a solid project team.Key Responsibilities:*Lead health and safety on site across a multi-contractor environment*Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks*Liaise with site teams and senior stakeholders*Ensure compliance with UK CDM and Irish H&S legislation*Investigate incidents and ensure effective corrective actionsRequirements:*5+ years in a construction-focused H&S role*NEBOSH General Certificate (or higher)*Solid understanding of CDM regulations (client-side experience preferred)*Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge unsafe behavioursWhat’s on Offer:*£300 per day (depending on experience and tax status)*Key role on a high-profile project*On-site parking and facilities*Full autonomy in a client-facing position...
