Overview: This is a high-volume manufacturing site operating to high-care and high-risk standards, with a focus on food safety, product quality, and operational compliance. The business is well-established with a strong market presence, but the site itself is entering a new phase of development, with plans to raise technical standards, enhance audit performance, and support commercial growth. It is based in North London. The incoming Technical Manager will play a central role in this journey, leading the technical function and working closely with senior operations to ensure the site is audit-ready, retail-compliant, and fit for future expansion.
