Assistant Manager £29,000-£31,500 - car required. A prestigious entertainment chain seeks a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Manager to lead a vibrant hospitality team and create a profitable, customer-first entertainment destination. Due to the location, you'll need to be a driver - some shifts will finish at 3am (no public transport). Key Details:- Role: Hands-on management including rostering, payroll, budgets, stock control, sales, and compliance training. Shifts can finish as late as 3am and start as early as 8am. Ideal Experience: Background in retail, hospitality, leisure venues, or similar industries; proven experience managing teams, employee relations, food hygiene audits, and bar compliance.
