Repair and maintain buildings and outdoor areas. Quickly and efficiently resolve problems, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Be resourceful and self-motivated, with the physical strength to work with heavy equipment safely. Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and functionality. Order parts and supplies as needed.
