Duties What You'll Be Doing: Accurately de-bone and trim beef products in line with customer and company specifications, while optimising yield and reducing waste. Break down beef cuts to meet specific order requirements with precision and consistency. Develop a thorough knowledge of all beef carcass cuts to support efficient processing. Perform all tasks in full compliance with company policies, especially those relating to health and safety and food safety. Maintain strict adherence to all standards relating to quality, health 'safety, animal welfare, hygiene, food safety, ethical practices, product labelling, and handling procedures. Follow established traceability protocols to ensure product identification and labelling accuracy at all times.
