Job Title:Project Manager, Abingdon, Interim Reference:448 Summary of theProject Managerrole: Our client is seeking a highly organised and technically proficient Building Services Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of various building services projects at a Research & Development site near Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Mechanical & Electrical system installations and upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Project ManagerDeliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to): Manage the full project lifecycle of building services installations, from initiation through to handover and close-out. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with stakeholders. Oversee subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with engineer, clients, and internal teams to integrate building services projects seamlessly with operations.
