Quantity Surveyor - London Projects £40,000 - £65,000 + Package Office-based in Bromley - Full-time - Permanent We're working with a well-established and steadily growing main contractor that's actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Based in Bromley, the role offers exposure to a diverse range of live and upcoming projects across London - with 13 sites currently in operation and more in the pipeline. The Role You'll be based in the Bromley office and work across projects ranging from £2m-£20m, with the opportunity to take ownership of packages and build strong relationships with subcontractors. Key responsibilities include: Managing CVRs and final accounts Subcontractor procurement and payment schedules Attending client and project meetings Supporting commercial strategy across multiple sites If you excel in the role, there's scope to support an Assistant QS and eventually take the lead on a smaller scheme.
