M4 Specialist are recruiting an experienced warehouse Team Leader to work on a PM shift with our Customer, a national distribution company based at their Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead.- HP2 7BE This role is temp to perm Working hours are Sunday to Thursday 2pm10pm Paying £14.00 per hour with OT paid after 40 hours. Basic Overview Of Role; Supporting the Warehouse Manager & Operations Manager you will be responsible for engaging with colleagues to ensure best performance, to manage the team to achieve targeted daily and weekly KPIS, to ensure all H & S procedures are always adhered to,ensure that any performance, conduct or capability issues are thoroughly investigated and any required resulting actions are completed in a timely mannerand any other team leader duties required. Experience required; Must have proven team leader experience, have excellent spoken & written Englis, be familiar with warehouse management systems, have excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Programs.
