The role will play a key part in launching our new sites and accelerating sales at our tail-end developments, ensuring all marketing aligns with business objectives and brand standards. The role will also contribute to divisional meetings, budget management, and ongoing innovation to support sales success.Key responsibilities include: Leading the planning and implementation of specific Divisional marketing strategies across multiple developments, including all local advertising and sponsorship. Executing all marketing activity for new site launches in line with the pre-sales and marketing plan, ensuring the 10:1 enquiry ratio KPI is met at launch This includes contributing to Grey file reports for prospective sites under consideration by the land teams and supporting the preparation of Sales Release packs ahead of launch.
