Opportunity Overview Do you care about the quality of peoples educational experience? Do you have an enquiring mind and are good at attention to detail? Are you confident about challenging colleagues and helping them improve the quality of what they do? As an Internal Quality Assurance Manager, you will conduct in-depth reviews of our apprenticeships and other provision to ensure it meets the standards expected. You will systematically review information and interview staff, students, and their employers. You will write and present succinct reports on your findings including making proposals for improvements. Colleagues you work with will find you systematic and supportive in your approach to quality assurance. You will need to have experience of internal audit and/or process improvement. Experience of planning a systematic investigation into a complex issue relating to compliance with expected standards will also be required. Your administrative skills will be excellent, and you will be able to prioritise workloads, work methodically, accurately, and effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
