Key Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver and support a range of therapeutic, creative, and practical daytime activities.Plan and lead sessions that develop individual skills and interests.Contribute to assessment, planning, and review of support plans.Provide personal care with dignity and respect when needed.Keep accurate records of progress, engagement, and attendance.Promote health and safety and respond appropriately to concerns.Support cultural and seasonal events and rhythms within the service.Assist in lunch/rest periods and occasional off-site activities (e.g. swimming, outings).Flexibly support other tasks within the service and wider community when required....
