This is part time role, 14 hours per week working 2 days per week between9.00 and 16:30 Monday to Saturday.As an Administratoryou will provide a comprehensive administrative and business support service to our care home and community facilities.Key responsibilities:Provide Front-of-House Support:Act as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, managing reception, and handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally. Manage Administrative Operations:Oversee general office supplies, maintain accurate records and files, and manage incoming and outgoing post. Support Financial and Procurement Processes:Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and procurement activities. Administer HR and Staff Support:Manage timesheets and payroll administration, support recruitment processes, and maintain confidential employee records.
