️Job Opportunity: Facilities Lead⚠️ Location: Redhill & South Croydon campuses Salary: £35,600 Hours: 37 hours/week (shifts across Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday cover) Are you a hands-on facilities professional with strong multi-trade skills and team leadership experience? We’re looking for a proactive Facilities Lead to oversee and support the maintenance operations across both our Redhill and South Croydon sites. About the Role: As our Facilities Lead, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented learning environment. Leading a small, dedicated team, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across both campuses. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise maintenance and porter teams • Undertake and oversee general building maintenance and repairs • Respond to emergency issues quickly and effectively • Manage incoming requests via a digital helpdesk system • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and conduct risk assessments • Liaise with and manage contractors on site • Monitor and maintain key building systems (heating, BMS, fire panels, etc.) • Support and deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of internal and external areas What We’re Looking For: • Multi-skilled trades bac...
