This technical service provider covers a number of technical contracts within the UK and has gained a great reputation in the FM and building services industry. You will be a multi-skilled engineer with full completed qualifications electrical enegineering. Undertaking, all multi-skilled building maintenance tasks Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance duties. The role will be carrying out reactive and routine PPMs across the contract. Looking after landlord services working with in a high end corporate setting the engineer will need to have a good level off communication skills. Engineering Requirements: Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experience. Strong Fault-Finding skills Experience managing on site contractors and ensuring site safety.
