Due to continued growth Next Generation are recruiting for a Tool Maker to work with a well-established contract tool room based near Willenhall. As the Tool Maker you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling press tooling, collaborating with the wider team to ensure all tools meet the required standards.Shift pattern for the Toolmaker:* Monday - Thursday (7.30am – 16:30 pm)* Friday (7.00am – 13.00pm)What’s on offer for the Tool Maker:* Competitive rate of pay up to £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.* 33 days holiday (Inclusive of BH’s)* Employee recognition scheme* Company Pension* Workwear provided.* Free parking.Duties of the Tool Maker:* Manufacture, assemble, and repair tools and fixtures in line with engineering specifications.* Operate a variety of machine tools, including milling machines, lathes, and grinders.* Read and interpret detailed technical drawings.* Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance.* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.The successful candidate for the Tool Makers position will have the following experience:* Contract toolroom experience (Essential)* Proven experience as a Tool Maker or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.* Proficiency in reading and working from t...
