We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking fo fill the below position for an IMMEDIATE start:CSCS Carded Patch Plasterer required to start immediately on a Social Housing Scheme across Altrincham & Knutsford on complete Bathroom repair and build works.Works are reuqired to be carried out across the surrounding areas within tenanted properties on the completion works of Bathroom fit-outs and repairs works will consist of but not not limited:• Ensures when present that scaffolding and access platforms are safely erected / Always works in a safe & clear environment • Protects surrounding surfaces (e.g., floors, windows) with coverings • Cleans walls and ceilings to remove dust, grease, or old paint. • Applies bonding agents or primers if required. • Checks for dampness or structural issues that need fixing before plastering...
