As a dynamic and experienced Team Leader working in their Digital Imaging & Document processing operation your role will involve:Assist the morning supervisor in the planning, administration, monitoring, and optimising the operational performance of the scanning and operational personnel. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations within the scanning facility. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilisation. Liaise with clients on site as required. Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results. Train, coach, and motivate the team. Produce reports and statistics regularly.
