This Role: Estate Coordinator This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our Housing Team to provide estate management. There are aspects of this role which applicants may find similar to the position of concierge, caretaker, fire warden, facilities person or a security guard. You will be our face of MTVH on a day-to-day basis providing support to our diverse customer base, whilst ensuring that our internal and external service providers fulfil their duties to a high standard within the building. This role will see you working alongside our Local Housing Managers who are responsible for both our tenants and homeowners. Duties: To provide a high-quality estate management service, ensuring outstanding customer service and delivery across tenures including leaseholder, shared owners and tenants. Be the accountable Officer providing an efficient, co-ordinated, customer focused service that meets local needs and delivers high standards.
