Set up, load, and unload moulding tools into the press equipment, ensuring proper alignment, clamping, and safety compliance. Monitor press cycles, temperatures, and pressures to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production standards. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of moulded parts using gauges and templates to confirm conformity to drawings and work instructions Apply mould release agents and maintain cleanliness of tooling surfaces to prevent defects or contamination.
