That's why we're on the lookout for an Income Collection Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting some of our most vulnerable residents while helping us maintain sustainable tenancies across our portfolio. This isn't just credit control, it's about making a real difference. About the Role: You'll take ownership of income recovery across a wide-ranging and exciting portfolio — from sleek city apartments to complex HMOs — all managed from our central head office. With a proactive and compassionate approach, you'll tackle arrears, serve legal notices, liaise with solicitors, and support court proceedings where needed — all while doing your utmost to help residents remain in their homes whenever possible.
