A Residential Property Managing agent is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join their growing team in Berkshire. This will be a full time permanent role, Monday - Friday 8am till 4pm paying up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience. You may also be required to work a Saturday (3-4 times per year) and for this you will either be paid overtime or time off in lieu depending on the business requirements. Conduct daily maintenance and repair work. Building patrols Coordination of planned maintenance Daily waste management - shuffling general and recycling waste bins between bin stores and collection points Litter picking, jet washing Testing of fire alarms, apartment equipment, minor repairs, and other repair work that does not require a qualified specialist Painting and other minor decorating tasks.
