Technically-minded individual required for a trainee service role, to work with a local manufacturer, offering excellent earning potential and the opportunity for local and UK travel. Your new role: Service and repairs: * Working under the supervision of a team leader (Progressing to working independently) * Repair according to service requirement * Perform planned service (and preventive) maintenance, emergency repairs to equipment in the workshop or out at customer site * Carry out product upgrades Customer contact: * At customer site * In the workshop * Via telephone & email Administration: * Acceptance of goods arriving for service/repair * Documentation of performed service/repair undertaken * Service order processing * Packing and dispatch of goods & customer returns Working hours: * Working hours are mainly within normal office hours, 8.30 - 17.00 Monday - Thursday, Friday 8.30 - 16.00 Hours with a 1-hour lunch break. Working out of hours paid as overtime.
