This team support the flagship ERP product, which is a fully configurable ERP platform used by businesses ranging from food distributors, wholesalers, builders merchants and manufacturing companies To be successful you'll need: Experience managing ERP support teams (5-8 people), ideally across 1st to 3rd line support. Hands-on ERP application support experience (not just people management). Background supporting configurable ERP platforms. Understanding of ERP, order processing, invoicing, stock, and trade counter modules. Proven ability managing support escalation processes and issues.
