Support Worker Croydon £28,541 per annum Are you looking for a new care and support opportunity? If you are passionate about making a real difference through supporting young people, we would love to hear from you! We have support worker and support assistant roles in our Ingram Court supported housing service for young people aged 16 to 22 in central Croydon. These roles build on customer care, health and safety, flexibility, adaptability and support young peopleon their path to independence. Our 44 bed service is conveniently located in central Croydon close to West Croydon station/tram stop, offering excellent transport links across London and beyond. Some parking is available on site for colleagues. Our customers come with a range of support needs, such as those associated with mental health, care leaver status, probation, ex-offending, domestic violence, learning disabilities and asylum seeking. You will join a lively, supportive, and friendly team to work together to provide an excellent service?for our young people.? If placed in a Support Worker role you will be required?to support a caseload of at least 10?customers to:? Identify?their strengths as part of our asset-based approach and identify?their needs, opportunities, rights, and responsibilities to enable them to move onto to independent living?
