Programme Manager - Healthcare Are you passionate about delivering top quality education and enhancing the skills within the Care sector? Do you want to pass on your clinical knowledge and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals? Can you link Further Education to careers within the NHS? About the role: With a huge focus on enhancing the Skills for Care initiative and inspiring learners to progress their careers into the Clinical sector, you will be instrumental in shaping the futures of students completing their T-Levels Health qualifications. This rolewill involve both class-room and simulated delivery, to ensure that learners have the required knowledge and basic practical skills to pursue either a clinical care position, or move into a Nursing based role. I am looking for a passionate educator, who genuinelywants to help and see people succeed. Part of the role will be linking learners with local NHS services for work experience, and ensuring they are able to put their new skills into practice. About you: To be successful in this role, you will have a clinical background yourself, ideally be a registered Nurse with active PIN and most importantly, be passionate about education.
